Bowey's 200!

Bowey has been in some white hot form in our 4th XI recently!

He kicked it off 3 weeks ago with an unbeaten 97 against Strathmore, the allotted 40 overs being the only thing in his way to a second career 100.

The following week he rectified that missed opportunity by putting the foot down and scoring 107 from only 67 deliveries!

This weekend however, he wasn’t done!

After losing a wicket in the 7th over of the day, Bowey walked out to bat at 3 again and remained unbeaten, smashing some club records along the way!

- Highest score on turf in TLCC history

- Third highest score in TLCC history

- Third TLCC player to score 200+, going alongside club legends, Peter Sincoe and Peter Grech.

Bowey ended up on 200* from 206 balls,

Scoring 72% of the 4th XIs total, his day only coming to a close after running out of partners up the other end!

Our 4th XI ended the day with 275 runs from 73 Overs and have Ivanhoe 2/2 thanks to late wickets from Richie!
