This award is presented to the young cricketer at TLCC who embodies all the aspects of cricket the club holds in high regard, both on and off the ground. The winners of this award have generally been very talented juniors who have made the transition to senior cricket with discipline, integrity and a minimum of fan-fare, while displaying great competitiveness and comradery
