Mission Statement 
 
To provide a transparent, inclusive and ambitious cricketing environment that reflects the spirit of Taylors Lakes.  
 
We aim to: 
•  Inspire participation;  
•  Deliver excellence through development programs; and  
•  Strengthen community connections through shared values and a love of the game. 
 
Junior Program Mission Statement
 
To provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment where young players can learn the game of cricket, make 
friendships and build confidence, all while being part of the Taylors Lakes family. 
 
Values Statement 
 
At Taylors Lakes Cricket Club, our values guide every decision we make, on and off the field. We commit to 
transparency in our actions, strive for excellence in everything we do and remain deeply connected to our 
community. We provide equal opportunities for all, and treat everyone with respect, integrity, and fairness. These 
values are not just words, they are the standards we live by.
